| Concert review | The last concert @ Bergenfest 2012. Thåström was as intense & fascinating as always. His first words: "Det va' jag som kom från himlen, från himlen kom jag ner.".. You immediately get a sense of..... the stage not being a playground (as with most artists), but a battlefield. He radiates darkness, focus, urgency & danger... restlessly moving around. Our expectations might have been too high and the concert was great.. but something was missing. I felt he lacked "the last 10%" on most performances... except maybe on our 3 highlights. AND my fav piece from his last album was missing.. "Smaken av dig". |
